Bill passed away Monday November 23 at the age of 66 after a courageous battle with cancer. He loved his family, liked to help, had a huge heart, and a smile that warmed everyone. He graduated from Kirkman High School, served in the Navy from 1969-1975. He retired from Fulmer Concrete after 30 years of service. Predeceased by parents Charlie & Betty Hines, sister & brother-in-law Randy & Alicia Weller, brother David and grandparents. He is survived by wife Mona of Chattanooga, son Brian (Laura) 2 Grandchildren Charlie & Clara all of Moab, Utah. Siblings Frances O'Byrne (Oak Island, NC) Kay Tatum, Bobby (Dottie), Bud (LeeAnn), Phillip (Sylvia), Margaret (John) Hutcheson all of Chattanooga, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday November 29, 5-8 p.m. at Holy Family Hall at OLPH Church.
Funeral Mass 11:00 Monday November 30 burial to follow at National Cemetery with military honors.
