Frank S. Scerbo III

He was born in Jersey City, NJ; on January 7, 1959, and was a son to the late Frank S. Scerbo Jr. and Shirley (Smith) Scerbo, of East Stroudsburg. Frank attended East Stroudsburg High School. He later became an entrepreneur for Frank S. Scerbo III and Sons, a contraction business in East Stroudsburg.

Frank enjoyed fishing, hunting, drag racing, and snowmobiling in New York State.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his loving wife of 34 years Ruth Ann (Safin) Scerbo, East Stroudsburg; daughter, Jennifer Giamburno and her husband Nick of East Stroudsburg; son, Frank S. Scerbo IIII of East Stroudsburg; one grandson, Nicholas Giambruno of East Stroudsburg; brother Michael Scerbo and his wife Sharon, of East Stroudsburg; and several nieces and nephews.

A prayer service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg with Father Arthur Conquest, officiating. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery, Prospect Street, East Stroudsburg.

A public visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
