Frank Winters

He was born in East Stroudsburg on October 12, 1958, a son to the late Robert and Irene Winters. Frank was a lifelong resident of Monroe County. He enjoyed making crafts, painting portraits, and collecting stationary.

Surviving is his sister, Claudia Anthony of East Stroudsburg; nephew, Larry Lewis Ace, Jr. of Nanticoke; and niece, Wendy Ace of Bushkill; and several cousins.

A memorial services will be held on Monday, July 16, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Washington St., East Stroudsburg, with Rev. Edmund Freeborn pastor of East Stroudsburg Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Family and friends may gather at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Washington Street in East Stroudsburg from noon till the time of the service.
