Glendora M. Eckman

She was born in Brodheadsville, PA on May 23, 1932, a daughter of the late Monroe and Emma (Serfass) Brong. Glendora loved being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She took pride in being a homemaker.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents are her 20 brothers and sisters of which Glendora was the youngest.

Surviving is her husband Russell, daughter Mashella Slider, and step son Danny Eckman, all of Lehighton: Step daughter Cindi Eckman of Leesburg, Fl. Grandson: Jamie and great grandsons Jeremy, Joshua and Matthew; and other extended family members including many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Company, 2440 Fairyland Rd, Lehighton, PA 18235.
