Olivia June Widmer

Born in East Stroudsburg on October 20, 1928, she was a daughter to the late Walter and Edna (Bogart) Bisbing. Olivia was a hard worker who enjoyed working at Hughes Binding, from 1970 to 1992 when she retired.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her loving husband of fifty years Robert Widmer, whom passed in 2003, and a step son Robert Widmer, whom passed on December 20, 2013. His sister Sandra Rake is still morning the loss of her loving brother.

Surviving is her daughter: Sandra Rake and her husband James, of Gillett, PA; two sisters and a brother, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday February 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home Inc. 27 Washington St. East Stroudsburg, PA with Lois Heckman celebrant, officiating. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery.

Family and Friends may gather at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
