Funeral services for Charles “Wayne” Stevenson will be 10:00 am, Monday, October 27, 2014 at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Wayne passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born in Frederick, OK on June 12, 1966. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Chedester. He is survived by his wife Janice Stevenson; son Jonathan Grider and wife Bobbie; daughters Samantha Dewees and husband Andrew and Kristen Stevenson; mother Marilyn Gale Chedester; brother Michael Stevenson and wife Robin; sister Michelle West and husband Skip; nieces Lauren May, Dani Stevenson and Mya Stevenson. He is also survived by his grandchildren Brennon, Scottlyn and Wilson.
