She worked as a pre-school teacher at United Methodist Church in Nichols Hills for 28 years in addition to cleaning homes for the elderly in her final years. She brought so much joy to so many families, especially her own. She was a loving mother, wife, friend, and neighbor. Her gracious attitude and remarkable cooking skills brought families and friends together for all holidays, social events, and OU football games.
She was a devout Christian--not just believing in the gospel of Jesus Christ, but acting as a true disciple. Her heart was always open to help those in need, be it friend or stranger. Her faith was an inspiration to those who knew her.
She leaves behind her beloved husband, Jack Sharp; daughters, Jennifer Johnson and Melody Millburn; son-in-law, Drew Millburn; grandson, Levi Millburn; sister, Donna Geiger; and brother, George Geiger III.
