A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 3pm at the Y-Chapel of Song on the campus of the University of Central Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, a Joe E. Vaughan Endowed Scholarship in BioScience fund has been set up to accept donations.
