

She was born May 12, 1930, in Horatio, Arkansas to James and Ollie (Brookshire) Holbert-Butler and was the youngest of eleven children. Lorayne was two when her mother died, and by age five, she was lovingly adopted by William and Leatha (Lipsey) Webb of Horatio, her forever family. The family moved to Oklahoma City where she was raised and graduated from Classen High School. On November 22, 1950, she married the love of her life, Edward John Zielny and they had two children. After Ed’s untimely passing in 1985, Lorayne maintained the home and enjoyed her hobbies of gardening, dancing, and spending time with her granddaughters. She was a longtime member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church in the Village.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Leatha Webb and husband, Ed.
Lorayne is survived by two sons; Mark Zielny and wife Jan and Steve Zielny and wife Jane; two granddaughters, Christina Sims and husband Jerry and April Zielny. Lorayne was a proud great-grandmother to Isabella Sims. She was step-grandmother to Don Goyette and wife Jill; their two daughters, Madison and Gracyn. She is also survived by a sister; Ruby Sizemore of Knoxville, TN; two sisters-in-law, Mary Kathryn Drew of Harrah and Dorothy Nusz of Oklahoma City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
