She was born September 7, 1924 in Edmond, Oklahoma to Robert Jeremiah and Lela Ethel Swails.
Thelma was an active and devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Edmond with her husband, Keith for many years. Keith preceded her in death 1992. She was also preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Tom and Wayne Swails.
She is survived by her three children:Genie Morgan of Ft. Worth, TX, Hal McMullin and wife Becky of Edmond, OK, Gary McMullin of Plano, TX; 8 grandchildren:Myles Pennington and wife Julia, Lynn Trevino and husband Joe, Cheryl Pennington
Kimberley Early and husband John, Chelsea McMullin, Christine McMullin, Michael McMullin, Matthew McMullin.
