Wanda June Pilcher

Wanda married the love of her life on October 27, 1952, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, beginning a journey that would take her across the country and around the world. As a proud military spouse, she lived in numerous states and spent treasured years overseas in the Azores, Portugal, embracing every new place with warmth and curiosity.

Her quick wit and joyful sense of humor brought smiles and laughter wherever she went. Wanda had a special gift for lightening the heaviest hearts and turning ordinary moments into cherished memories.

A lover of all creatures, Wanda had a deep affection for birds and animals of every kind. Wanda was also a talented oil painter, with a keen eye for beauty and detail. Her artwork reflected the same warmth and vitality that she brought to every aspect of her life.

A celebration of life for Wanda and Greg will be held Monday, April 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 South Broadway, Edmond, OK. Following the celebration of life will be a committal service at 1:00 PM at Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK.
