William is preceded in death by his parents, James and Elenor (Rush) Hampson; sons, Gerald Dean Hampson and Donald Wayne Couffer; brother, James Hampson; and sister, Elizabeth Moore.
He is survived by his wife Georgia Mae Hampson; daughters, Linda Lydrand, Brenda Deusdman, and Peggy Hollis and husband Greg; sons, James Hampson and wife Pam and Ronnie Hampson and wife Athena; brother, Davis Hampson of Las Vegas, NV; 2 sisters, Imogene Ford and husband Henry of Santa Ana, CA and Eva Layman of Yuma, AZ; 8 grandsons; 5 granddaughters; 22 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
