Daryl Reid Dorey, 59, of Edmonton Alberta, passed away December 2, 2014. Daryl was pre-deceased by his parents William (Bill) and Leona. He is survived by his wife Meredith, and their daughter Melissa. His two grandchildren Makayla and Benjamin, his sister Sharon, his sister-in law, four nieces, two nephews, two grand nieces and three grand nephews also survive him. He was a 40-year member of the Boilermakers Union Local 146, and had a great love for travel, music, and playing with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His Celebration of Life will be held Monday, December 8 at Hainstock Memorial with a viewing from 12-12:45, service beginning at 1:00pm. A light lunch will be served following the celebration. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Northern Alberta Division of the Canadian Liver Foundation in his honour.
