

David Lawrence Faith was born in Calgary on June 18th, 1950. He died January 29th, 2025 at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton. He is survived by his son Jesse, wife Jen and grandchildren, Brooke and Liam; brother Robert, wife Jodi, and niece Jackie and husband Anthony, nephews Matthew, wife Jessica, Reagan, wife Alyssa, and Andrew, wife Sari; Uncle Ashford, Aunt Gay and family; Aunt Fern and family. He was predeceased by his father Percy and his Uncle Bert. He is remembered by his special friend Doreen Pohl and his many other friends and neighbours.
David grew up on the family farm in Saskatchewan in the Garrick/Choiceland area with his grandparents David and Rettie Faith.
He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1972 with a Vocational Agricultural Degree.
He enjoyed work at Early’s Feed & Seed, Green Cross Chemicals, Massey Ferguson, the Bank of Nova Scotia and several Credit Union’s in Saskatchewan. Later he was employed in the construction and security industry as well with Horseracing Alberta.
He had a passion for gardening and enjoyed traveling to the Rocky Mountains in summer and Mexico in the winter.
A celebration of David’s life will be held June 18th at the Gold Bar Community Hall, 4620 - 105 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta from 1-4pm.
