Eileen Margaret Marsh

March 29, 1930 – August 29, 2012

With deep sadness, the family of Eileen Marsh announce her passing.

Eileen is survived by her sons, Jack of Calgary, Ken (Sandy) of Okotoks, grandchildren, Danielle, Brittany, Dan and Ben. She also leaves to mourn her sister Elva (John) Curlock, daughter-in-law Ann Marsh, dear friend Jack Chapman and many other relatives and friends. Eileen is predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Bob and parents John and Margaret Currins.

Eileen was born and raised near the Village of Major Saskatchewan. She moved to Edmonton in 1950 to study nursing at the Royal Alexander Hospital graduating in 1953. Following her retirement in 1986 she spent many years between Mesa, Arizona and Edmonton. She enjoyed golfing, hiking, travelling and relaxing.

A caring and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend she always had a smile and a kind word.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 7th at 1:00 p.m. at Hainstock’s Funeral Chapel, 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton, AB.
