Emilie Patricia Schlamp

September 16, 1929 – June 1, 2023.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved sister, aunt, great aunt, great-great aunt and friend, Pat Schlamp.

Pat was born on September 16, 1929 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She passed away on June 1, 2023.

Pat leaves to mourn her brother, Ernie Schlamp of Calgary, Alberta and sister Dianne McDermid of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; eight nieces and nephews; fourteen great nieces & nephews and ten great-great nieces & nephews.

Pat was predeceased by her father Otto Schlamp, mother Millie Schlamp, brother Jim Schlamp; sisters Penny Porteous and Valerie McKenzie; sister-in-law Clem Schlamp; brothers-in-law Berks Porteous, Ian McDermid and Jack McKenzie; niece Penny-Janes Peters; and nephews Doug Schlamp and Brad McDermid.

Pat worked for the Federal Government in Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Ottawa and Edmonton.

She was a life-time member of Beta Signa Phi sorority, an active bridge player and golfer.

Pat lived a full life in her 93 years and played an important roll in the lives of her siblings, nieces and nephews and their families. We were so blessed to have this generous, loving, graceful, strong & giving woman in our lives. You will forever be in our hearts.

As per her request, there will be no funeral. Interment of her ashes will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Salvation Army.
