Fay is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Pat; children, David (Katherine), Ken (Natalie) and Karen (Patti); grandchildren, Alissa, Marina, Joel and Paul; brother, Clyde (Esther); as well as numerous extended family and many dear friends. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the nurses, especially Jessica, on Unit 18 at the Sturgeon Community Hospital.
A Celebration of Fay's Life will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Memories Funeral Home, 13403-St. Albert Trail, Edmonton.
