Passed away peacefully in Edmonton on November 29, 2013 after losing his battle to cancer and only one year after his loving wife Kathleen passed away, they were married for 61 years. Frank is survived by his brother Stuart, sons Paul and Peter and granddaughter Jessi. He was a dedicated and decorated career military officer in the Royal Canadian Regiment. Frank loved to ski and golf, including 7 holes in one. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cross Cancer Institute 11560 University Ave., Edmonton, AB T6G 9Z9, would be greatly appreciated.
