Garry is also survived by his sisters Valerie Golka, Wendy Komarnisky, Lavene Cole and their families. He was predeceased by his parents Peter (2003) and Frances (2019) Komarnisky, and his sister Brenda Selena (2001). Garry leaves behind numerous relatives and friends.
As per Garry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and burial at a future date at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church (South Holden Farms) Cemetery.
