It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gillian Swanson, on Friday, January 15, 2010 at the age of 59 years. Gillian will be lovingly remembered by her spouse Albert Yagos and his family, her children; Tommy Newman and Shauna Swanson (Kevin Radomsky), grandson, Keenan Wheeler and her mother, Cicely Walston. She will also be missed by her sisters, Alyson (Don) Ianson and Susan (Gordon) Putz, brother Philip Walston (Sheri Morita), as well as numerous relatives and dear friends. Gillian was predeceased by her father Alfred Walston and mother-in-law Olga Yagos. A Memorial Service celebrating Gillian's life will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403 - St. Albert Trail, on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.
