Gregory Scott Lorentz

Gregory Scott Lorentz, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away suddenly on February 26, 2025. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Tracey; his daughter, Hailey, and her boyfriend, Larry; his son, Kolton, and his girlfriend, Shae; and his loyal buddy, Hunter, his dog. He is predeceased by his parents, Erv and Cecilia Lorentz, and his brother, Doug. He is also survived by his siblings: Don and Deb, Terry and Louise, and Carol and Barry. Greg was a larger-than-life presence, unapologetically true to his beliefs. He had a gift for humor, always ready with a joke—often inappropriate—and a laugh that was completely unique. His hugs were warm and unforgettable. Greg’s love for the outdoors was boundless. Whether it was hunting, fishing, or simply sitting by the fire, he cherished every moment spent outside. He was happiest riding his Harley with Kolton or fishing with Hailey. Greg made everyone feel welcome, often sharing his famous mystery shooters and ensuring the fun never stopped. A true life-of-the-party, he will be missed by countless friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Greg will always be remembered as an absolute legend, with a spirit that will never be forgotten.
