She is survived by daughter Laurie (Evald), son Jim (Danita), grandchildren Paul (Miranda), Leah (Davy), Erik (Nichole), Scott (Ceilidh), Samuel, and Grace, great grandchildren Brooke and Wyatt, and brother James. Isabel was predeceased by husband Samuel Lockhart Henderson in 1979, parents John & Evelyn Burk, and brother Norman.
Cremation has taken place and at her request no formal service will be held.

The family sincerely thanks the Dr.’s and staff at the Misericordia Hospital 5E, for her care and comfort in her final days. Also the management, staff, and friends of McQueen Place, her home since 2008.
