It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jim Argue at the age of 67. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 45 years, Terri; children James (Melissa) and Jackie (Chris); grand children Cole, Emry, J.B., and Hannah; brother Richard (Dawn); and many other relatives including brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces and nephews.
Jim grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba and started his working career in Regina, Saskatchewan. It was in Regina that he was married in 1976 and also received his teaching certificate in 1980. He moved to Edmonton in 1981 and continued teaching until he pioneered supplemental education in Edmonton and area. He was most proud of his decision to join the military and work with the cadets from May 2010 - March 2020 when he retired as Captain.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022 at Hainstock's Funeral Home at 2:00 pm, 9810 - 34 Avenue in Edmonton.
