March 18, 1961 - July 21, 2012
We are saddened to announce that after a prolonged illness Johanne Cardinal has passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the age of 51.
Johanne is survived and lovingly remembered by her husband Guy Leclerc, her daughters Karine Leclerc Keshwani (Hussein Keshwani), Alexandra Leclerc and mother Suzanne Achambeault; her sisters Carole, Suzanne and Christine; her in laws and her many nieces and nephews.
Johanne was an active and proud member of the Corpus Christy Catholic church in Mill Woods. She began teaching in 1984 and held teaching position in St-Stanislaw, Holy Cross, Cardinal Léger and Achbishop O’Leary School for the Edmonton Catholic School District.
Prayer Service will be held Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Hainstock’s Funeral Home, 9810 34 Avenue, Edmonton, with a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 27, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Theresa’s Catholic Parish, 7308 29 Avenue, Edmonton.
In lieu of tributes, donations may be made to the Alberta Cross Cancer Institute.
