She leaves to mourn her loss, two sons, Art (Elaine) and Ken (Marylin); one daughter, Doreen (Ron) Schepp; seven grandchildren, Colleen, Geoff, Mark, Michelle, Laurie, Scott and Cheryl; three great grandchildren, Tassa, Giovanni and Emma. Lucy will also be sadly missed by her brother, Steven Futoransky/Alexander and many nieces, nephews and friends. Lucy was predeceased by Paul, her loving husband of 66 years; her father and mother, Alex and Catherine Futoransky, brother John Futoransky and sister, Christine Wirun.
A Celebration of Lucy’s life will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 11:00 am at First Memorial Harmony Chapel, 10541-81 Avenue, Edmonton, AB with Internment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 10985-124 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5M 0H9.
