

Marilyn will be lovingly remembered by Tom, her husband of 59 years, along with three sons, Robin, Randy and Cory (Daena); four grand-children, Brad (Dakota Gladue), Stacie (Adam) Hamaluk, Tommy and Carter; and one great-grandchild, Dylan. She leaves behind 5 siblings, Maxine (Peter) Tadman, Dale (Wendy), Gerry (Shirley), Julie (Vic) Taylor and Susan (Pat) Mitchell; her foster sister, Grace (Al) Suprovich; as well as sisters-in-law, Jeanne Achtem and Norma Yakubow; brother-in-law, Ken MacLean (Pat) and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Marilyn was predeceased by her parents, Ed and Angela Vetsch; her father-in-law, Tom MacLean; mother-in-law, Anne MacLean; her sister, Jean, foster sister, Carol; granddaughter, Shannon and her brothers-in-law, Don Makar, Ed Achtem, Joe Drew and Rod Yakubow; as well as her sisters-in-law, Pat Drew and Dolly Hogarth; and a niece, Karen Hogarth.
Funeral Mass will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 1st, 2025 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, 13 Brower Drive, Sherwood Park with Father Jim Corrigan as Celebrant. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, 4814 Meridian St NW, Edmonton, at 2:15 p.m.
