My condolences to the Burgueno family <3 wishing Jayden the best through these hard times

We were fortunate to share many birthdays at work with colleagues/friends,  - Birthday Girl,  Mia 2013.

My heartfelt condolences to Carlitos , Jill and family. It was a joy to work alongside Mia and become her friend.  Her kindness,  generosity and beautiful smile will be missed. She was fun to be around and liked to make sure everyone was included in the fun.  I loved to hear her accent. I  have fond memories of Mia making us an authentic Mexican meal, a perfect margarita and dancing away in her kitchen or on the dance floor at our work parties. The loss of Mia will be missed by many.  RIP, sweet Mia.

I have been struggling since the sad news got to me and finds it very difficult to write a condolence for my friend!  But I take solace in God. You were such a wonderful woman. We do a lot together in the office and even outside the office. You had a wonderful heart, making everyone happy around. You were a goal getter, always advising me not to waste time for any reasons.  I was so hopeful that you will be back at work. I will seriously miss YOU!!! Rest in perfect peace Mia!

Our deepest condolences to your family.   Both myself and my husband had the pleasure of working with Mia, such a lovely lady her smile was so infectious, she will be sorely missed by everyone who was lucky to meet her.

It’s hard to find the right words. We had the pleasure of working together,  celebrating, laughing, and all things in between. We’ve all moved in different directions, but our memories remain, of a friend who will be dearly missed and remembered fondly. 

To Carlitos and Jill, you have my deepest sympathy on your loss. Your Mom is my dearest friend, and she will be sorely missed. I pray that the love of God who has no limits enfolds you in this time of grief. Praying and thinking of you.

Mia and I, together with Amelia met at Wawanesa back in 2008. We used to work in the same department then Mia moved to Accounting and I stayed in Underwriting. We love food and we used to go out for Chinese Dim Sum on weekends. I will miss you, Mia.

Almost every year, Mia and I join and play the Bannock game during Edmonton's Corporate Challenge. We made Wawanesa proud by winning 1st placed - Gold Medalist back in 2018 together with our co- worker Ethan and Michael. You will be my forever partner in the game Mia!
