Scott is survived by his mom, Margaret; sister, Stacey (Andy) Turgeon; nieces, Briana, Aly, and Morgan; as well as many relatives and friends.
Scott is predeceased by his dad, Orest Palichuk.
Scott’s celebration of life will be Friday November 12th at 11am at Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton, AB.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
In accordance with the Alberta Government Covid-19 Exemption Program all family and guests are required to provide identification and one of the following:
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
• A negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of the service – not sourced from AHS
• A valid medical exemption letter
There will be no exemptions to this requirement.
