Sophie Domshy

November 13, 1921 - June 30, 2012

Sophie Domshy passed away on June 30, 2012 at the age of 90 years.

She is survived by her loving husband Walter of 68 years, children, Lorna (Gary) of Fort McMurray, Albert, Adeline Marie, Loren (Gayle), Bernadette and Barney, all of Edmonton, ten grandchildren; Doug, Cindy, Cheryl, Lynette, Charlene, Pam, Victoria, Joseph, Samuel and David, seven great grandchildren; Kirsten, Jamal, Serena, Mikayla, Hailey, Anna and William, her sister Emily, as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Sophie was predeceased by her parents; Anna and John, brother, Steve, and sisters Katie and Annie.

A Prayer Service will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church, 9420-163 Street, Edmonton, AB; on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church, on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m; with Father Martin Pasala officiating. Interment to follow service at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14611-Mark Messier Trail Edmonton.
