

Tamatha "Tammy" Cheryl Kliss, a beloved wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, left us too soon on November 17, 2025, after passing away unexpectedly. Born on May 17, 1966, Tammy spent 59 years brightening the lives of those around her.
Tammy was the embodiment of reliability and strength; known for being a pillar of strength to her friends and a loyal confidante. Her greatest roles in life were being a loving mother and a loving grandmother; her unwavering devotion defined her spirit.
She built her life first in Ontario, and later made her home in Alberta, where she made lifelong friends and created countless memories before moving with her husband to settle in beautiful British Columbia.Tammy’s infectious strength and commitment to her loved ones will be the legacy she leaves behind.
She is profoundly missed by her husband of 20 years, Raymond Kliss, and her father, Thomas Allen Farraway (Mary). She is also survived by her sisters, Thomasina (Garry), and Emily (Joel).
Tammy's love lives on through her children: Shaun, Chantel (Clint), and Chelcey (Matt); and her cherished grandchildren, Ava, Owen and Spencer.
Tammy was predeceased by her brother, Wade Farraway, and her mother, Marion Hide (nee: Gerow).
A Service to Celebrate Tammy's life and mourn her sudden loss will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Hainstock’s Funeral Home & Crematorium in Edmonton, Alberta.
