Vera married her husband, Istvan Kranic on June 14, 1952 who predeceased her in death on August 7, 2002. Vera is survived by her two sons, Les (Darlene) of Stony Plain, Andy Kranic (Barbara) of Edmonton, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Vera was a dedicated mother first and foremost, she treasured her children, grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She had a vivacious personality and always made people laugh, she enjoyed gardening and sewing. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A family gathering will be held at Memories Funeral Home 13403 St. Albert Trail Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM followed with a graveside service for Vera at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 14611 Mark Messier Trail, Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
