In his final days, we were thankful the family had the time to gather and be by his side, right until his passing moments.
We are truly blessed to have had him in our lives. Victor was a kind and honourable man and even in his final moments, his sharp sense of humour continued to bring smiles. He left a lasting impression on all who met him and will be dearly missed.
Victor is lovingly remembered by his three children, Teresa (David), Donna, and Glenn (Yula); his 8 grandchildren, Christine (Garland), Danny, Sheina (Troy), Sean (Jennie), Christina, Love (Russel), Paul (Hazeline), and Faith; and 3 great grandchildren, Tyshawn, Craig and Ryle; as well as numerous family and friends who were dear to his heart.
He is now reunited with the love of his life, Maxine Ouimet.
