Warren is lovingly survived by his mother: Angela Deschambeau, his four brothers: Jesse (Christina) Bromfield, Caleb (Skyler) Whitford, Liam Whitford, and Matthew Lampit, his grandparents: Simone (Fred) Bromfield, and Pearl Marshall, his favorite aunts: Shelly, and Sylvia, favorite cousins: Trisha, and Kelsey Paradis, as well as, many extended aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
Warren is predeceased by his fathers: Andy Howse, and Leslie Whitford, his uncle: Glen Deschambeau, and his grandfathers: Raymond Laboucane, and William Howse.
Pallbearers: Jesse Bromfield, Caleb Whitford, Liam Whitford, Chad Cardinal, Brandon Desjarlais, and Jarrad Dumais.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Lac La Biche, Alberta in the near future.
