Wolf came to Canada in the 50’s where he met the love of his life, Felicitas, and was lucky enough to marry her in 1959. Together they raised three children, Lucas (Sylvia), Caroline (Scott) and Gordon (Tara), and they later became Opa and Oma to two grandsons. They were active in their community of Lendrum for many years and were generous philanthropists, supporting many causes in Edmonton.
He was a lifetime member of the Alberta Land Surveyors Association and spent many years surveying the wilderness of the Canadian north, the Beaufort Sea area, B.C. and Alberta. In his retirement, he enjoyed his beautiful gardens, keeping fit in his home mini-gym and road trips with Felicitas. His mischievous grin, stories from the north and political debates will be missed by his numerous family members and friends in Canada and across the world.
At Wolf’s request, no service will be held. Please donate to the charity of your choice as a memorial to Wolf and Felicitas.
A special thanks to the staff of Extendicare Holyrood where Wolf was well cared for late in his life.
