Barbara Ann Furtak was born on November 23, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois to Helen “Gigi” and Tom. She was baptized at St. Casimir Church and received her First Communion at St. Barbara’s in Chicago. She was preceded in death by her husband Adrian (2021); her twin brother Bob Furtak (2016) and her sister Rita Kwasny (1972); and stepdaughter, Arlene (2017). She is survived by her brother Tom, daughters Sharon, Lori and Tracy, and stepchildren Tony, Michelle and Annette. She was blessed with more than a dozen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
