

Known for her generous spirit, Emily always made everyone feel welcome in her home. She had quiet way of making everyone feel important to her. She was a peaceful woman of faith, yet Emily had an adventurous spirit. She lived in Guam, Hawaii and many other beautiful locations. At a young age, Emily was a mule skinner at June Lake and also broke horses. Later she was the first woman to drive and win the Baja 1000. Emily also enjoyed volunteer work. She loved playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends.
Emily was preceded in death by her father, Tracy, her mother, Fern, her brother, Tracy Edwin and sisters Audrey and Barbara. She is survived by her husband Hank, her four children, Danny, Suzanne, Debra, and Tracy, her sisters Betty, Shirley, and Pat, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren as well as many loved nieces and nephews.
Emily will be immensely missed but forever cherished by those who knew her.
A mass will be held on Friday, January 20th at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Lakeside, CA at 11:00am.
