Richard Allen Blair, age 78, of La Mesa, California passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Richard was born December 21, 1941.
A memorial service for Richard will be held Sunday, June 12, 2022 , 2:00 PM at Bethany Baptist Church, 4747 Soledad Mountain Road, San Diego, CA 92109. A committal service will occur Monday, June 13, 2022, 1:30 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
