Betty Lou Robinson

Betty Lou Robinson, 75 of Strong formerly of El Dorado, passed away, Sunday, January 18, 2015, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. She was born November 10, 1939, to Oliver and Marie Elizabeth Cole Lewis in

Union County, AR.

She was a member of the El Dorado Church of God Church on Parnell Rd., and was a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Wayne O’Barr; and a daughter-in-law, Susan O’Barr.

Survivors include her husband, John Allen Robinson; two sons, Randy O’Barr, Tony O’Barr (Georgia) all of El Dorado, three daughters, Vicky Murray (Frank) of El Dorado, Patricia Turbeville (Art) of Strong, and Kym Birchfield (Rickey) of Smackover; two brothers, Harrell Lewis (Mary), Jimmy Lewis (Susy) both of Three Creeks; two sisters, Lettie Sandifer (Dave), Ruth Bishop both of El Dorado; eleven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. tonight at Young’s.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at the El Dorado Church of God with Rev. Michael Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Jolley Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
