She was retired from J.C. Penney, where she worked as manager in the Catalog Department. Betty was of the Presbyterian Faith.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Donald Edward Roberts; daughter, Linda G. Bell; and several sisters and brothers.
Survivors include two sisters, Francis Barker of Texas, Norma Jean Rogers of Little Rock; two grandsons, Cody Bell, Chris Bell (Stephanie); son-in-law, Steve Bell all of El Dorado; three great grandchildren, Essence Tate, Martial Tchimou, Ja’Keyson
Bell, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018, at Young’s Chapel with Rev. David Rials officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
