Billie Juanita Myers

Born December 8, 1931 in Palestine, Texas she was the daughter of Victor Hugo and Sarah Dena Paxton Tarver. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Victor Hugo Tarver, Jr.

Married December 23, 1950, she leaves behind her soul mate of nearly 65 years, William David “Nubbin” Myers, Sr of Hot Springs along with two sons, William David Myers, Jr. (Lawanda) of Lincoln, AR, Douglas Allen Myers of Bountiful, Utah and a daughter, Pamela Kay Moore (Gates Sickel) of Austin, Texas and a sister, Doris Jean Jones of Buckeye, AZ. Also surviving are nieces, Dorothy Mellon (Don) of Buckeye, AZ and Sarah Louise Ikener of Chandler, AZ and nephews, Curtis Jones, of Sun City, AZ and Gary Jones of Flower Branch, GA along with three grandchildren, Tina Green of Plainview, AR, David Jewel Myers of Sheridan, AR and Joy Leah Juanita Myers of Bountiful, Utah. There are four great-grandchildren surviving.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Young’s Chapel in El Dorado with Rev. Bob Inmon officiating. Interment will follow in Smyrna Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday evening at the funeral home.
