Christine "Tincy" Parker

Born November 14, 1932, in Junction City, Arkansas, she was the twin daughter of William A. and Nona Carr Long. She was retired from Lion Oil Company as a Credit Analyst and was a former member of Desk and Derrick club.

Preceeding her in death were her parents; her husband, Harold (Skeeter) Parker; her twin sister, Maxine Murphy and sister, Patsy Long; a nephew Gary Murphy.

Survivors include three nieces, Anne Murphy Shelton, Christa Parker Meeks and husband Richard and children Mary Claire and Maggie, Tamra Parker Coleman and husband Jerry and children Faith Hays and Blake Cherry; nephew, Clay Murphy and wife Kathryn and daughter Blanche Murphy; cousin, Barbara Mason and husband Jimmy and son Jeff and his wife Joy and children Kaci and Taylor.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, October 7, 2013, at Arlington Memorial Park with Jeff Mason officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be 5-7pm Sunday at the funeral home.
