Gail Ann Bolin

Gail was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church of El Dorado where she humbly served in many different capacities. She taught at Holy Redeemer Catholic School from 1991 until its closing in 2005. Additionally, she was active in serving with the Lay Missionaries of Charity in Little Rock, Arkansas; Catholic Daughters of the Americas; the St. Agnes Guild; preparatory classes for the sacraments; and godmother of many for Holy Baptism and Confirmation.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Helen Ulm Bendix.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Bolin; three daughters, Cathy Butchko (Dirk) of Riverside, California; Karen Dousten (Victor) of Phoenix, Arizona; Jennifer Nesbitt of El Dorado; two sons, Tim Bolin (Leigh Ann) of El Dorado, Stephen Bolin (Becky Hicks) of New Orleans, Louisiana; sister Marilyn Gribin (John) of Riverside, California; and nine grandchildren, Josh Bolin, Sarah Bolin, Meredith Bolin, Joseph Bolin, Jacob Butchko, Jared Butchko, Alegria Dousten, Jayden Dousten, and Brooklyn Nesbitt.

Vespers will be held at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church of El Dorado. Visitation will follow.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2012 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Father Gregory Pilcher officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church – Columbarium Project, 440 West Main Street, El Dorado, Arkansas 71730.
