He was the son of J.R. & Melba Neely born on November 21, 1951. Bob had a college degree in architecture.
Preceding him in death are his parents and a step-father, Roy White.
He is survived by his first cousin, Donna H. Reynolds of Shreveport, LA.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Young’s Funeral Directors with Pastor Greg Tucker officiating.
A visitation and reception will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the ALS Association (ALS.org) helping to create a world without ALS.
