

Jesse “Morgan” Sinclair was born to George and Helen Sinclair on September 9, 1949 in El Dorado, AR and passed away in South Mississippi on April 5, 2023. Morgan was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mark Sinclair.
Survivors include two sons, Jason Sinclair (Ashley) and their children, Garrett, Zachary and Makayla Sinclair all of Hot Springs, and Kurt Sinclair (Abbie) and their children, Foster and Annie Reese Sinclair all of Hattiesburg, MS. Also surviving are beloved sisters. Carolyn Riddle (Robbie) of Childersburg, AL and Janet Presley (Jim) of El Dorado along with a sister-in-law, Susan Sinclair of El Dorado.
Morgan was a member of Union Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR. He attended Southern State College. Morgan loved to go turkey, duck and deer hunting and enjoyed fishing. He loved telling tales, acting tougher than nails and cutting up and carrying on with the boys, but deep down, he was soft, kind and he loved his grandchildren very much.
Morgan spent a lot of his adult life working for Murphy Oil in El Dorado, AR and Waynesboro, MS. Later in life, he worked for Zeon Chemicals in Hattiesburg, MS until he retired. Morgan was a very punctual and dependable hard worker.
Morgan’s family would like to thank all of the caregivers who have helped care for him over the last several years.
There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery, 583 Philadelphia Road, El Dorado, AR with Dr. J. D. Weido officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
