Johnnie Pauline Rogers Cullins

Pauline ‘Polly’ Rogers Cullins, 95 of Garfield, GA, formerly of El Dorado; died on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Jenkins County Hospital in Millen, GA. She was born on April 22, 1922, to John Gilbert and Eunice Beesley Rogers in Oil City, LA.

She retired from Warner Brown Hospital where she was an ICU nurse. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She loved God’s word and was a Sunday School Teacher for more than 50 years.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Austin R. ‘Dan’ Cullins; her son, Michael D. Cullins; her sister, Forrest Rogers Allen; her brother, Dwight Rogers; her sister, Virginia Rogers Ratcliff; her brother, Charles Rogers.

Survivors include her daughter Sondra (Charles) Boykin of Garfield, GA; a daughter in law Della Cullins of Michigan; a grandson Patrick (Lucy) Boykin of Millen, GA; granddaughter Sarah Cullins of Chicago; a grandson Austin Cullins of Dallas; 2 great granddaughter; and a great- great granddaughter.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from noon to 2 pm at Young's Funeral Directors. A graveside service will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens at 2pm with Rev. Jimmy Meek officiating.
