Margaret Ellen Faulkner Wilson

Margaret Ellen Wilson, 79 of Junction City, LA passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. She was born August 18, 1935, to Robert E. and Geneva Butterfield Faulkner in Smackover, AR.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Junction City and worked as a Registered Nurse at the Medical Center of South Arkansas before her retirement.

Preceding her in death are her parents; brother, John Faulkner; and daughter, Julianne Wilson Graves.

Survivors include her husband of almost 60 years in June, Maurice Wilson; daughter, Lisa Ellen Jones (Larry); son Norman M. “Bubba” Wilson II (Pam) all of Junction City; seven grandchildren, Bill Mark, Joey, Adam, Mandy, Wes, Sarah & Chris; twelve great grandchildren and one on the way; two brothers, Michael Faulkner, Maurice Faulkner both of Smackover; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 8, 2015, at Young’s.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2015, at the First United Methodist Church of Junction City with Rev. Mary Depper officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
