Amparo Muñoz, 89, passed away Monday, April 11th, 2016. Mrs. Muñoz was a retired homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Bernabe. She is survived by her brother Isabel Gonzalez, Carlos & Irma Gonzalez, Roberto Gonzalez, sister Matilda Gonzalez, her children Robert & Kristi Muñoz, Barbara Shull, Bernie & Maria Muñoz, Stephen & Patricia Muñoz, Victor & Nancy Muñoz, Matthew & Samantha Muñoz. Ten grandchildren: Kirsten Shull, Christopher Shull, Travis Shull, Jordan Muñoz, Joshua Muñoz, Steve Muñoz Jr. , Jeffrey Muñoz, Lisa Muñoz, Monique Muñoz, Austin Muñoz and three great-grandchildren: Keira, Ariani, Sophia. Visitation Sunday, April 17th, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina, with Rosary beginning at 7:00pm. Funeral Mass Monday, April 18th, 12:00pm at San Antonio de Padua 503 Hunter. Interment will follow at 1:30pm at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery West Shelter.
