Angelita L. Madrid, 77, passed away on December 19, 2020 at her home in San Elizario, Texas surrounded by her husband and children. She was born May 16, 1943 in Luling, Texas to Doroteo and Consuelo (Perez) Lopez.
Visitation will be held on December 31, 2020 at 11:00 am at Crestview Funeral Home for immediate family due to COVID restrictions. Burial Service will be held on December 31, 2020 at 1:30 pm at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas.
Angelita had a passion for sewing and crafts. She used her hobbies to create extraordinary gifts for family and friends. Angelita retired as a seamstress from Boeing in September 2001. She married Alberto Madrid on November 30, 1963 and they began a life together that blessed them with 4 children.
Angelita is survived by her beloved husband, Alberto; two daughters, Mary Chavez and husband Gary, Connie Madrid; two sons, Alberto Madrid Jr and wife Virginia, Jose Madrid and wife Naomi; 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Angelita was preceded in death by her father & mother, Doroteo Lopez & Consuelo (Perez), sister Connie Ochoa.
