Anita G. Contreras, age 82, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Anita was born August 22, 1939 in El Paso, Texas. Anita is survived by her husband, Roberto C. Contreras and her children Robert Contreras Jr. (Sylvia), Enrique Contreras, Isidro Contreras (Nancy), Eduardo Contreras (Gabby) and Dolores Contreras. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren,6 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers and 6 sisters. She is preceded in death by her son Pedro G. Contreras and 2 brothers. A visitation for Anita will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with the Rosary to begin at 6:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar, El Paso, Texas 79925. Anita will be laid to rest in Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
