Betty Jane Murphy

Betty Jane Murphy, age 84, passed away on Wednesday April 25, 2018. Betty was born May 19, 1933 in Kurten, Texas to Louise Conaway and John Conaway. She is survived by sons Edward John Murphy (Elizabeth), David Bruce Murphy, and Douglas Allen Murphy (Lisa); daughter Margaret Dow Murphy; grandsons Edward Christopher Murphy, Sean Alexander Murphy, Ian Douglas Murphy and Patrick Ryan Murphy. Betty was preceded in death by her spouse Edward Joseph Murphy; father John Conaway and mother Louise Conaway. The visitation for Betty will be Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, Texas. A graveside service and interment will be held Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, El Paso, Texas.
